Q: Why would I want Pat's PC Repair to service my computer?
A: I have over 25 years experience working on computers. While I don't know everything there is
to know about computers, I can usually solve difficult computer
issues that vex customers.
Q: What happens if you can't fix my
computer?
A: If I'm unable to fix your computer, possibly due to the age of
the computer or other factors, there is no charge. However, if
you decide you don't want me to service
your computer after I have already
visited your residence or office, you are still expected to pay the
originally requested charge.
Q: How long will it take to service my
computer?
A: The turn-around time for repairs or other serving depends on the
type of service needed. Many repairs can be made quickly,
on-site. Other repairs can take 2-3 days, or more. For more
involved repairs, I will take the computer with me and return to you
when servicing is complete. In this case, you will receive a
claim check / receipt for your computer.
Q: Why Pat's PC Repair?
A: I could have given my business a stronger, more thought-provoking
name, but I decided I wanted to project a friendly, small-town
image. Why would I want to sound like a big corporation when
I'm really a small, sole proprietor? Sometimes there is an advantage to dealing with a small
company. Have you ever taken your vehicle to a dealer
and described your car trouble to the service manager, not the
actual mechanic who will be working on your car? Has that
bothered you, like it has bothered me? When you call me, you
are talking to the person who will be making the actual repairs!
